OBJE:_META	<metadataxml><cemetery /><transcription>Death Takes Mrs. Freitag Had Been In Hospital, Where She Had Operation Mrs. Bertha Freitag, wife of Karl Freitag, of the Rosemarie, 168 Park avenue, died yesterday afternoon at the Mount Vernon hospital, where she had been ill for six days, following an operation. Mrs. Freitag was born in Forth, Bavaria, Germany, the daughter of Michael and Jennie Sturmwald, and was 58 years of age. She is survived by her husband, by two sons, Manfred and Lawrence, of this city, a brother, Beno Sturmwald, of Saugerties, N.Y., and two sisters. The funeral services which will be private, will be conducted by a member of First Church of Christ, Scientist. The remains will be cremated at Fresh Pond, L. I.</transcription></metadataxml>
