Kowalski III A memorial service for Felix Joseph Kowalski III, 26, Centreville, and formerly of Harrisonburg, will be held at 8 p.m. this evening at St. John's Newman Catholic Church in Reston. A Mass will be held at 2 -p.m. Friday at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Harrisonburg with Father Ken Wood officiating. Burial will follow in Eastlawn Memorial Gardens. Mr. Kowalski died Jan. 22, 1996, at Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church. He was injured in an automobile accident Jan. 10. He was born Aug. 20, 1969, in New York and was a son of Felix J. Kowalski Jr. and Anna Fife Kowalski of Yardley, Pa. He lived most of his life throughout the New England states. He graduated from James Madison University in 1991 with a bachelor's degree in accounting. He was an accountant for K.P.M.G. Peat Marwick accounting firm and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. On Feb. 15, 1992, he married the former Denise Hensley, who survives. Surviving, in addition to his parents and wife, are two brothers, Peter Kowalski, a student in Florida, and James Kowalski, a student in New Jersey, and grandmother, Stephanie Kowalski, New Hyde Park, N.Y. The family will receive friends 7:30-8:30 p.m. Thursday at the Lindsey Harrisonburg Funeral Home. The casket will not be open.
